The Swain Grappling Mat is 1 meter x 2 meters x 3cm (or 3’3″ x 6’6″ x 1.5″) and can be easily cut to fit wall to wall. All mats come with an anti-skid, rubberized waffle backing. Swain Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Mat (2.0 Inch)
The Swain MMA Mat is essentially the exact same mat as the Swain Grappling Mat except the MMA series is made with a thicker, 2 inch foam.
The Swain MMA Mat is ideal for the combination of standing arts and grappling arts found combined in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. The Swain MMA Mat is simply the best investment you can make when choosing a new mat for home, your school, or in any training facility where a thicker surface is needed.
The mats are 1 meter x 2 meters x 5cm (or 3’3″ x 6’6″ x 2″) and can be easily cut to fit wall to wall. All mats come with a anti-skid, rubberized waffle backing.

Swain Striking Mat (1.0 Inch)
The Swain Striking Mat is a thinner version of our Swain Grappling Mat. This mat is best for individuals who prefer a “combo” or “cardio” style mat for their useage.
Mats come in 1 meter x 2 meter x 2.5cm. (3’3″ x 6’6″ x 1″) sections and can be easily cut to fit wall to wall.
The reduced thickness of this mat makes it an ideal surface for striking arts such as Karate and Tae Kwon Do. It offers a surface firm enough for easy pivoting, yet soft enough to pad light falls and transitions to grappling.

Foam and Vinyl Mats
This system allows schools to custom design and install a more permanent vinyl and foam flooring system which is versatile enough for all martial arts.
The Custom Foam & Vinyl system consists of heavy – duty 18 oz. vinyl which is stretched over firm, 2.2 pound density, 1.25″ crosslink foam. It easily attaches to wood frames (not included) and is available in thirteen colors. Click here for Custom Foam installation instructions.
If you prefer a little extra cushion or insulation under your mats, the crosslink foam also works great as an underlayment. Just place the foam between your mats and the floor (especially concrete), and it serves as an excellent insulator.
Treated with Bio-Pruf® Antimicrobials
The vinyl surface of every Dollamur mat has been treated with Bio-Pruf® Antimicrobials to guard against odor-causing microorganisms and microbial deterioration.
