Dollamur Spring Floor subfloor system is engineered for simplicity, speed, and long-term performance from the moment it arrives. Each panel comes with Springs already mounted and Velcro pre-applied, so your floor is ready to lay directly into place right out of the box. There’s no complicated setup or specialized tools required—aside from cutting away the packaging, your crew can get straight to work and have a performance-ready surface in minutes.
Installation is intentionally effortless. We deliver our floors as fully assembled spring systems, meaning the springs are securely attached to the lower decking and every panel is pre-velcroed for seamless connection. We use premium 4-inch Velcro instead of the standard 2-inch, ensuring a stronger, more dependable hold between panels. Each board is precision-cut, clearly labeled, and organized for intuitive assembly, allowing your team to move efficiently from unpacking to performance without delay. Simply lay the panels in place and finish with your Dollamur CBF surface.
Durability is at the core of our design. We use high-quality 3/8" (9mm) Baltic Birch plywood for both the upper and lower layers—one of the strongest and most reliable plywoods available. Compared to pine plywood or OSB, Baltic Birch delivers significantly greater strength and longevity. Because the wood plays a critical role in how the springs engage, this premium material directly enhances the responsiveness, consistency, and overall feel of your floor.
Dollamur Spring Floors deliver safety, performance, and durability. Its shock-absorbing surface lets athletes train harder, jump higher, and move with confidence.
Each pre-assembled panel measure 5’ x 5’. We design custom skids sized specifically for the 5' x 5' panels, providing added stability during transit so your floor arrives secure, intact, and ready for immediate use.
For added peace of mind, all plywood panels are backed by a limited 5-year warranty covering warping or breakage under normal use in a climate-controlled environment—so you can install with confidence and perform without compromise.

Foam block subfloors are a smart, cost-effective solution for creating a reliable and responsive performance surface. The foam blocks themselves are made from durable EVA material and measure approximately 3″ x 3″ x 4″. Designed with flexibility and durability in mind, a foam block system gives you the freedom to build a high-quality floor while maintaining control over materials and installation.
We recommend using two layers of 5′ x 5′ x 1/2″ premium Baltic Birch plywood. Unlike standard plywood options, which can bend unevenly and are prone to delamination over time, Baltic Birch maintains its structural integrity—ensuring a more stable, predictable, and longer-lasting floor. Because the subfloor material directly impacts performance, choosing the right wood makes all the difference in how your floor feels and responds. Slight variations in foam size or color may occur, these differences do not affect performance in any way.
For optimal results, we recommend placing one foam block per square foot, with additional blocks added in high-traffic areas and reinforced placement around corners. This approach ensures even support, enhanced shock absorption, and consistent performance across the entire floor. Wood glue and spray adhesive can be easily sourced from any local home improvement store, making the process convenient without the need for specialty products.
NOTE: While this system is built for reliability, it is important to install it in the proper environment. The installation area must remain completely dry—no floor system should be placed in a space where water leaks or moisture intrusion are present, including under-concrete seepage. Maintaining a dry, climate-controlled environment is essential to preserving the integrity and performance of your floor.
