Owning, stabling and competing with your horses can be one of the most rewarding activities. However, dragging heavy mats around to clean out your barn and trailer can make a tough chore even worse. Ortho Stall Mat provides a lightweight, portable and easy to clean option.

Comprised of closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam and durable vinyl, Ortho Stall Mats are easy to clean and do not absorb odors or urine. Besides being water, and stain resistant, cross-linked foam is resistant to mold and mildew. Closed-cell foam is ideal when you require moisture and shock resistance. Whether in your barn or on-the-move, Ortho Stall Mats can roll up and be stored easily for transport or storage.

Reducing joint fatigue and absorbing shock supports musculoskeletal health. The musculoskeletal system most often affects your horse’s ability to move and can affect the bones, cartilage, muscles, ligaments, joints, tendons and other connective tissues.

Sore muscles can impact the horse's overall well-being, potentially leading to a loss of appetite and the inability to reach deep, restful sleep. Orthopedic foam, padded design cushions joints and absorbs shock to support musculoskeletal health. Rubber mats do not! Rubber mats are often only 3% softer than concrete. Ortho Stall Mats are sized right and feature an anti-skid, durable, 30 mil, smooth textured vinyl surface that resists punctures and is infused with a biocidal additive eliminating microorganisms within the vinyl.

The textured vinyl is heat bonded and sealed to the closed-cell, cross-linked foam preventing separation. Ortho Stall Mat's feature two weights of foam, one for stability and the second layer for anti-fatigue. The foam is then cross-cut to allow easy roll-up and roll-out.
