Performance Driven :
1. Covering - 18 Oz. PVC Vinyl – High-temp resistance(180°F), phthalate-free, and antibacterial.
2. Flammability– Foam Meets Foam padding meets Section 3 of CA TB117-2013 and contains no added flame retardants per CA SB1019.
3. ASTM Specs –Vinyl is tested per ASTM D751 for durability, while foam is tested per ASTM D3574-17 to ensure consistent cushioning and performance.

Installation Methods

Decide the installation:

Wood Back with 2″ Nail Margin – Traditional mounting method, which screw directly into the wall.
J-Channel & Z-Clip Mounting – Designed to work together for clean alignment, and easy panel placement. Each installation requires two J-channels and one Z-clip. Components are designed for use with standard 2' x 6' wall pads, with a minimum recommended installation of three panels.

Designed to roll out just like our floor mats, these pads allow you to cover walls faster than ever, creating a safe, professional-looking training space. FLEXI-Wall Pads® offer exceptional design flexibility, allowing you to tailor them to fit your facility’s layout and branding. 
For installation, FLEXI-Wall Pads® utilize a hook-and-loop fastening system (velcro) and adhesive backing.

The Dollamur Art Team can recreate your design by hand or using Dollamur Digital printing—the most advanced direct-to-surface printing technology available. Our proprietary inks are engineered to withstand the most demanding workouts.

FLEXI-Wall Pads® are available in 1-1/4”, 1-5/8”, and 1-7/8"” thicknesses to meet your facility’s cushioning and safety needs. Standard rolls come in a 6’ height, and are available for a more polished, professional appearance.
