About CrossFit Iron Horse
CFIH officially became an affiliate in November 2010! It was owned by three gentlemen and in 2012, Coach Candice (current sole owner) came on board! We offer CrossFit, Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching, as well as functional body building, and competitive programs to all of our members.

CFIH & Dollamur
Right now, we have a Dollamur FLEXI-Roll Rig Track that runs down our main rig, an additional customized FLEXI-Roll Wall Pad that spans the back wall of our open gym space, and each designated workout area provides a custom CFIH FLEXI-Roll Home Mat for each member participating in class.
The quality of the mats are top notch and they have been a blessing for branding, COVID-19, and most importantly the safety of all of our members.
How CFIH has been affected by COVID-19
Like most small businesses, COVID-19 has brought many challenges but it has also brought many blessings to CFIH! We closed down for 2.5 months last year and fully reopened in June 2020. It's been a crazy difficult time for us all, but it has also brought the community of CFIH closer together.
The CFIH Future
The goal of CFIH is to continue to evolve into the best gym we can possibly be for all of our members. We want to give them the environment they need to help set them up for success while providing them a tight-knit community of like-minded individuals that will push them to become a better version of themselves. Though we are serving our members by providing as much value to them we possibly can in our classes, CFIH is also working hard to help our members on a deeper level, better preparing them for the other 23 hours of the day spent outside the gym as well. We offer workshops each quarter which help develop the whole person, because as important as fitness is, it's only part of the puzzle.
CFIH values their members and their team and that makes them just the kind of gym Dollamur loves to support! Dollamur's VP of Wrestling's, Chuck Thompson, has been working out and training at CrossFit Iron Horse for years.
