Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almonds 
  • ½ cup cashews 
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds 
  • ½ cup dried cranberries 
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips 
  • ½ cup coconut flakes 
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional for added sweetness) 

Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F 
  • Spread almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden for extra crunch. Let cool.  
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  • Store in an airtight container for an on-the-go energy boost.
