Rooted in community and driven by purpose, Tribe Collective exists to serve and uplift those around them. Every training session, every expedition, and every moment spent together is about pushing one another to become the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Their philosophy is grounded in the idea of Ohana—a Hawaiian concept that means family, not just by blood, but by shared commitment, support, and connection. They believe that any goal can be achieved together, as a close-knit family where everyone lifts each other up.

Whether they’re sharpening their jiu jitsu skills or building trust through hard training, Tribe Collective relies on a space that supports both performance and safety. Our mats provide a strong, dependable foundation for their training—designed to handle intense use while allowing athletes to move with confidence. For Tribe Collective, the mats are more than equipment; they’re where discipline is built, resilience is tested, and community grows.

But their pursuit of growth doesn’t stop in the gym.

Each year, Tribe Collective takes their community to new heights—literally—by traveling to Everest together. These experiences go far beyond adventure. They are about shared challenge, perspective, and proving that with unity and determination, even the most daunting goals are possible. The same perseverance that carries them up the mountain is what fuels them back home on the mats.

Owned and operated by islanders from Guam, Hawaii, and the Philippines, Tribe Collective proudly carries their cultural roots into everything they do. Their Pacific Island heritage shapes their values of respect, togetherness, and service. Everyone is welcomed into the Tribe, and everyone is treated like family.
