Dollamur Cheer & Gymnastics Products: The Complete 2026 Lineup

Dollamur Cheer & Gymnastics Products: The Complete 2026 Lineup

Cheer and gymnastics ask something different from a floor than any other sport Dollamur builds for.

Athletes are not in sustained contact with each other — they are running, punching off, rotating, and landing hundreds of times a session. Then they spend the rest of practice on that same floor stretching, conditioning, and drilling. The surface has to grip a hand plant on a round-off entry, absorb a landing, return energy into the next skill, and still be comfortable to lie down on.

That is why this segment is made with carpet-bonded foam. Here is the full lineup.

The surface: what 26 oz. actually buys you

This is not the thin, rough, scratchy fabric people picture when they hear “carpet on a mat.” Dollamur’s is a 26 oz. athletic carpet with a real carpet-like texture — genuinely thick, dense, and soft enough that it reads as carpet underfoot and under a hand.

Plenty of carpet-topped mats on the market use a fiber coarse enough to irritate skin on contact. Anyone who has held a bridge, stretched out on the floor, or spent a routine on their back and forearms knows the difference between a surface you can lie down on and one that leaves your skin red after ten minutes.

A rough, wiry fiber is fine for the thirty seconds of a tumbling pass and miserable for the forty-five minutes of conditioning, stretching, and floor work that surround it. Dollamur’s carpet is built to be a surface athletes can actually stay on — enough texture for traction on a run-up and a hand plant, without the harsh fiber that abrades skin during everything else.

FLEXI-Roll® convenience

Lightweight design for quick roll-out, setup, and storage. Even a full-size floor rolls out, sets up, and stores without a crew — which is what makes a shared gym or a multi-use space workable.

Colors

Red, Navy, Black, Light Gray, Charcoal Gray, Purple, Teal, Spring Blue, and Green — available for the mat, logos, and lettering.

FLEXI-Connect® — Built-In Connection, Virtually Seamless

FLEXI-Connect® is a Dollamur innovation, developed in-house and patented: a tapeless mat surface system with the connection built directly into the roll edges.

What it delivers:

  • Save hundreds. Cut costs on Velcro.
  • Easy to clean and maintain.
  • Eliminates unsafe gaps between mat sections caused by improper installation.
  • No additional hardware or tools required to install mats.
  • Reduces setup and tear-down time to minutes.
  • Includes the original FLEXI-Roll® technology.
  • 3-year limited warranty.

For a gym that reconfigures its floor between sessions — or a program sharing space with another sport — this is the difference between a twenty-minute setup and a five-minute one, every single time.

Foam Types & Thickness: Engineered for Excellent Energy Return

Foam is the decision that determines how your floor performs. Dollamur offers two cores, engineered for different priorities.

High-Performance Tri-Flex® EVA Foam

The ultimate in speed, rebound, and shock absorption.

The Tri-Flex® floor is unlike any foam floor you have used. Foam layers of various densities are fused together, providing extraordinary speed, rebound, and shock absorption in a single core.

That layered construction is the whole idea: different densities let the floor absorb a hard landing while still pushing energy back into the athlete’s next skill. For a tumbling pass, that is exactly what you want — a floor that gives on impact and gives back on the punch.

Available thicknesses: 2-1/4” and 1-3/4”

Standard Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam

A popular choice of competitive gymnastics in the U.S.

Cross-linked foam does not break down from repeated bending or compression, which makes it a durability choice for a floor that gets rolled, unrolled, and worked season after season.

Available thicknesses: 2” and 1-3/8”

Choosing between them

  Tri-Flex® Foam Standard Cross-Linked PE
Built For Speed, rebound, shock absorption Durability under repeated bending and compression
Construction Multi-density foam layers fused into one core Single-density cross-linked polyethylene
Thicknesses 2-1/4”, 1-3/4” 2”, 1-3/8”
Best fit Tumbling and floor-routine performance High-traffic practice floors, long service life

Both are legitimate choices, and plenty of programs run one of each in different areas of the gym. If tumbling performance is what the floor is for, start with Tri-Flex®. If the floor is a high-traffic practice surface that gets handled constantly, standard cross-linked is built for that life.

Foam Only Rolls

For programs building over an existing sub-floor, or replacing foam under an existing surface, foam is available on its own.

High-Performance Tri-Flex® Foam only:

  • 6’ x 42’ x 1-1/2”
  • 6’ x 42’ x 2”

Standard Cross-Linked Foam only:

  • 6’ x 42’ — 5/8”
  • 6’ x 42’ — 1-1/4”
  • 6’ x 42’ — 1-7/8”

Cross-Linked Foam only, with scrim:

  • 6’ x 42’ — 1-1/4”
  • 6’ x 42’ — 1-7/8”

Scrim adds a reinforcing layer to the foam — worth asking about if your build calls for added dimensional stability.

Custom Logos & Lettering

Your floor is the biggest branded surface in the gym, and in this sport it is on camera constantly.

Dollamur’s in-house design team and digital printing technology bring logos, sponsor branding, and lettering to life with vibrant detail. Mat, logo, and lettering colors are available in Red, Navy, Black, Light Gray, Charcoal Gray, Purple, Teal, Spring Blue, and Green.

Carpet logos carry a 1-year limited warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is carpet-bonded foam? It is athletic carpet bonded directly to a high-performance foam core. Dollamur’s uses a 26 oz. athletic carpet with a real carpet-like texture, which provides the traction athletes need for run-ups and hand plants plus the comfort for landings, stretching, and conditioning on the same surface.
  • What size are Dollamur cheer mats? The standard FLEXI-Roll® carpet-bonded foam roll is 6’ wide by 42’ long. Full floors are built from multiple rolls. Your rep will size the floor to your space during the quoting process.
  • What is the difference between Tri-Flex® EVA and standard cross-linked foam? Tri-Flex® fuses foam layers of varying densities into a single core for speed, rebound, and shock absorption — the choice when tumbling performance matters most, available in 2-1/4” and 1-3/4”. Standard cross-linked polyethylene resists breaking down from repeated bending and compression and is a popular choice of competitive gymnastics in the U.S., available in 2” and 1-3/8”.
  • What thickness should a cheer floor be? It depends on the foam and the use. Tri-Flex® EVA comes in 2-1/4” and 1-3/4”; standard cross-linked polyethylene comes in 2” and 1-3/8”. Which combination fits your program depends on the skills being trained and how the space is used — that is a conversation worth having with a specialist rather than picking from a chart.
  • What warranty comes with cheer and gymnastics mats? A 3-year limited warranty on carpet-bonded foam, with carpet logos covered for 1 year. FLEXI-Connect® carpet-bonded foam also carries a 3-year limited warranty.
  • Can I buy just the foam? Yes. Foam-only rolls are available in Tri-Flex® (6’ x 42’ in 1-1/2” and 2”) and standard cross-linked foam (6’ x 42’ in 5/8”, 1-1/4”, and 1-7/8”), with cross-linked foam also available with scrim in 1-1/4” and 1-7/8”.
  • Are Dollamur cheer mats made in the USA? Yes — carpet-bonded foam mats are made in the USA.
  • Can I put our gym’s logo on the floor? Yes. Dollamur offers digitally printed and hand-painted carpet logos and lettering, with an in-house design team. Carpet logos carry a 1-year limited warranty.
