2. Clean the Surface

3. Apply the Tape
Unroll the tape and place it centered over the seam where the mats meet.

4. Press Firmly
Press down along the entire length of the tape, smoothing out any air bubbles for a secure bond.

5. Trim if Needed
Cut excess tape at the ends for a clean, professional finish.

6. Check Before Use
Ensure the tape is fully adhered and mats are securely connected before training or activity.

Removal Tips
Peel slowly and evenly to avoid residue.
Remove after use to maintain tape performance and mat condition.
