    • Dimensions: Each mat measures 6 feet wide x 40 feet in length and 1 5/8" thickness each. Length of individual mats may vary +/- 0.5”. This minimal variation is normal and does not affect the mat’s performance, durability, or overall usability.

  • Installation & Care

    FLEXI-Roll® Setup Guidelines

    1. Carefully remove packaging—avoid sharp tools that may damage the mat.
    2. Remove and save the nylon strap for storage.
    3. Unroll mats with the vinyl side facing up (stored vinyl side in).
    Align rolls side by side to create one surface—do not kick into place.
    4. Use hands to gently push edges together, eliminating gaps.
    5. Apply mat tape over seams and smooth out air bubbles for a secure bond.

    FLEXI-Roll® Storage Guidelines

    1. Remove tape and roll the mats' vinyl side in, keeping the roll tight.
    2. Keep edges square while rolling to avoid uneven shaping.
    3. Secure with nylon straps.
    4. Roll in the same direction for easier handling and transport.
    5. If uneven (coning) occurs, stand upright and gently adjust until aligned.
