Our wrestling mats feature resilient, closed-cell, cross-linked foam designed to maintain its performance over time without hardening or breaking down. They meet ASTM F1081, ASTM F355, and G-Max standards for shock absorption and impact performance.

The vinyl surface is manufactured with an EPA-registered biocidal additive, providing protection against microorganisms within the vinyl material—not just those found on the surface.

Available in a range of colors, our Smooth Vinyl lets you choose a look that fits your wrestling space and matches your school's colors.

We offer the following 14 vinyl colors for customized wrestling mats: Navy, Red, Royal Blue, Black, Light Gray, Charcoal Gray, Purple, Brown, Gold, Dark Green, Maroon, White, Orange, and Caroline Blue.

FLEXI-Wall Pads

Designed to roll out just like our floor mats, FLEXI-Wall Pads® make it easy to cover walls efficiently while creating a safe, professional-looking training space. Their flexible design allows you to customize the layout to suit your facility, incorporate your school's branding, and complement your mats.

FLEXI-Wall Pads® can be installed using a hook-and-loop fastening system, or through permanent installation using heavy-duty adhesive.

Structural Padding

Constructed with the same high-quality materials as our Flexi-Wall Pads®, our pads provide protection from structural supports, while keeping a clean, professional look.

Shapes – Available in square and hexagon designs to fit a variety of poles and supports.
Sizes – Standard 6' height, custom sizes available. Maximum 14" perimeter.

Wood Backed Wall Pads

Popular Sizes – The 2′ × 6′ panel is our most popular size, offering reliable coverage for athletic and recreational spaces. Custom sizes are also available to meet your needs. Our wood-back wall pads come standard with a 2" thickness.
Performance Driven:
1. Covering – 18 Oz. PVC Vinyl – high-temperature resistance (180°F), phthalate-free, and antibacterial.
2. Flammability – Foam meets Section 3 of CA TB117-2013, and contains no added flame retardants per CA SB1019.
3. ASTM Specs – Vinyl is tested per ASTM D751 for durability, while foam is tested per ASTM D3574-17 to ensure consistent safety, cushioning, and performance.
Two Installation Methods:
1. Wood Back with 2″ Nail Margin – Traditional mounting method; pads screw directly into the wall.
2. J-Channel & Z-Clip Mounting – Designed to work together for clean alignment and easy panel placement. Installation requires two J-channels and one Z-clip. Components are designed for use with standard 2' x 6' wall pads, with a minimum recommended installation of three panels.
