    How to Assemble Multi-Surface Automatic Scrubber

    Step 1: Attach Handles
    Insert the two tubular handles into the bottom handle and secure them using the handle knobs. Ensure proper alignment and that the cable hooks are facing the rear.

    Step 2: Install Cable Retainer
    Slide the cable retainer into the top section of the right-hand (RH) handle.

    Step 3: Secure Top Handle
    Position the top handle over the tubular handles. Fasten it using the provided screws and washers, tightening evenly on both sides. Cover the screws with the included caps.

    Step 4: Connect Pull Cable
    Route the pull cable through the plastic guide on the RH handle and attach it securely to the fitting on the component housing.

    Step 5: Install Solution Tank
    Place the solution tank firmly into the bottom handle and turn the knob to lock it in place.

    Step 6: Install Brush Shafts
    Insert the brush shafts through the brushes from the side of the machine until fully seated.
    To remove, push the shaft out from the opposite side.

    How to Operate Scrubber

    1. Preparation:
    • Pre-sweep the floor to remove debris.
    • Ensure brushes are properly fitted.
    • Fill the fresh water tank with cleaning solution.
    • Plug the machine into a grounded outlet.

    2. Operation:
    • Start the machine by pressing the handle release pedal and pulling the handle back.
    • Move forward while intermittently pulling the solution control handle to dispense cleaning solution.
    • Stop solution discharge 12 inches before the end of forward motion, then continue forward without dispensing solution.
    • Pull the machine backward along the same track without dispensing solution.
    • Repeat the process, overlapping tracks slightly for thorough cleaning.
    • For quick drying, move over the cleaned area without dispensing solution.

    3. Post-Operation:
    • Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord.
    • Empty and rinse the recovery tank, clean the steel wiper blade, and replace the tank.
    • Dispose of dirty water according to local regulations.
