Installation & Care

Carpet Care & Cleaning Guide

1. Prevent Dirt & Debris
Use entry mats and have users wipe their feet before stepping on the surface. Avoid street shoes; use indoor-only footwear to keep the floor clean.

2. Routine Cleaning
• Vacuum regularly to maintain the appearance
• Use hot water extraction (steam cleaning) for deep cleaning
• Do not use soaps or chemicals, as residue can cause stickiness and attract dirt
• Fully extract water and dry with fans after cleaning

3. Moisture Precautions
• Avoid excess water buildup under mats—check and dry if needed
• Note: Water may pass through seams on roll-style mats

4. Disinfecting
• Use approved cleaners (like Mat Attack!™) with extraction or rotary machines
• Do not spray directly onto the carpet surface. Dilute Mat Attack Plus according to instructions for best results.
• Remove any hook & loop attachments before cleaning

FLEXI-Roll® & FLEXI-Connect® Setup Guidelines
1. Carefully remove packaging—avoid sharp tools that may damage the mat.
2. Remove and save the nylon strap for storage.
3. Unroll mats with the carpet side facing up (stored carpet side in). Align rolls side by side to create one surface—do not kick into place.
4. Press firmly along the connection to secure—ensure no gaps or overhang.

FLEXI-Roll® & FLEXI-Connect® Storage Guidelines
1. To disconnect the FLEXI-Connect® mats, hold the mat without the hook in place, and gently roll back the mat with the hooking extension to detach it.
2. Avoid uneven shaping and coning while rolling.
3. Secure with nylon straps.
4. Roll in the same direction for easier handling and transport.
5. If uneven (coning) occurs, stand upright and gently adjust until aligned.

Warnings: BE AWARE THAT YOUR MAT WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF SETUP GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
